Penny Dawson - Property Manager ext. 13
You will be sure to meet Penny on your initial tour of one of our properties. She will answer all of your questions regarding the property and the terms of our lease. As a tenant, you will deal with Penny to initiate your lease and do all initial tenant setup. She is also your administrative contact to make rent payments as well as schedule repairs.
Dale Milhan - Maintenance Manager ext. 14
Dale performs or coordinates all maintenance activity on rental properties and will be happy to handle any issues you may experience during your relationship with us.
